Dr. Kyle Shunkwiler opened Spine & Sports Chiropractic in 2008. Dr. Kyle is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and also a graduate of Logan University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.
Adam focuses on pain by helping people move the best they can. A typical appointment includes identifying the problematic tissue and then a full exam to see how the patient moves as a whole. This leads to a holistic biomechanical treatment of not only the overloaded, often painful tissue, but also the reason it is overloaded.
Dr. Leon Hansmeier is an Ogallala, Nebraska native and attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Dr. Hansmeier earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri graduating atop his class with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Andrew Butzke moved back to his hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska, after graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2011, to pursue his love of helping people achieve functional health and achieve their health goals through Chiropractic and Active Release Technique (ART).
Dr. Andrew is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, and graduated from Lincoln Christian High School in 2012. He spent his time playing football, running track, and competing in powerlifting while in school. He went on to attend Southwest Baptist University where he played football for 2 years before deciding to leave the game due to nagging injuries.
Dr. Isaac is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from St. Pius X High School in 2015. After graduating from St. Pius X, he attended Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. While at Cornell Dr. Isaac was on the baseball team and worked as a Sports Medicine Assistant.
Dr. Erin is an Illinois native that moved here after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2023, to pursue her love for providing a conservative, hands on approach, to healthcare through Chiropractic, Active Release Technique, and Webster Technique.
Dr. Krista Gipson was raised in Clay Center, Nebraska, graduating from Sandy Creek High School. She attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, to study athletic training, working with the Husker football, wrestling, baseball, and track and field teams, graduating with her certificate and she now holds a license in athletic training.
